Eser Sezek
Eser started his FedEx career 22 years ago, he was hired in the UK as a part-time station service agent and then moved into several other station roles whilst completing his university bachelor’s degree at Middlesex University.
In 2005, he moved into Ground Operations management and from that time he evolved into different management roles and country/ region responsibilities across operations and sales in the Middle East and Europe. In 2017 he took up the role as Managing Director for Ireland and Norway, where he and his team executed inter-operability and took the necessary steps towards the integration of the TNT business in this area. During the period of 2019-2020 he completed also his postgraduate degree on digital leadership at the University of Warwick – Warwick Business School.
His latest positioning, March 2021, is Vice President Ground Operations responsible for the region of South East Europe, Israel and Turkey.
Eser brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience, evenly split between leadership roles in commercial and operations and he has been involved with many transformation projects.
