Serko has more than 10 year experience in E-Commerce and Business Development. He considers himself a sales manager with an extensive knowledge of the Digital Ecosystem. He holds a MBA from Athens University of Economics and Business.
Currently, as a member of the Management Team in Nespresso, he is fully responsible for the Digital Transformation and E-Commerce Acceleration Strategy for Greece, Cyprus, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Slovenia. Personalization, A/B Testing, UX and Subscription & Loyalty Models are the main focus for him and his team.
Serko throughout his career in various roles and brands has been recognized at Boussias' E-Volution Awards, Peak Awards and Mobile Excellence Awards.
